About the Role

We are currently hiring student and non-student English language instructors for our English language camps and school projects in St. Pölten and across Lower Austria. Positions are available on a part-time or full-time freelance basis, making this an ideal opportunity for those who value flexibility and variety in their work.

This is not your typical classroom job. Our trainers work in dynamic, energetic environments where creativity and enthusiasm are just as important as teaching ability. We Offer

  • A starting salary of €550.00+ per week based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to participants of varying ages and levels
  • Designing easy-to-understand and adaptable lessons based on participants' needs
  • Encouraging and motivating participants to speak English with confidence
  • Creating a lively, engaging, and positive classroom atmosphere
  • Collaborating effectively with and supporting our team
  • Representing Jump Start English with professionalism and enthusiasm

Your Profile

  • You are an English Native Speaker and enjoy sharing your knowledge of the language
  • You possess an educational background, are highly communicative, and have well-developed intercultural skills
  • You are team-oriented, flexible, and love to travel
  • You have experience in teaching, coaching, or camp counseling
  • You are located in Europe or the United Kingdom
  • You are open minded, friendly, with an international outlook, and willing to travel within Austria

Salary & Benefits

We offer a starting salary of €550.00+ per week based on experience for this part-time or full-time freelance position, with approximately 18 to 30 hours per week. All travel and hotel accommodations within Austria are fully covered by us.

Additional training is available and required to support you in developing your skills as an English Trainer and ensuring your success as a Native English Speaker Instructor. We are committed to helping our team grow and succeed.
